THE PROPHECY OF ECOBUDDIES

Today while I was in ECOBUDDIES I found the PROPHECY!!!
This is what it says:

Thou Whom is reading this shall know thy secrets of thy future. In thy land of ecobuddies there shall be two heroes. Ultra Man and a strong young fella named furrs as his sidekick. There shall also be tons of enemies to be dealt with. The Ghost of Muck Muck Geyser, Captain Beardly, THE MINION, but the meanest of all villians, one that was good but has returned: BURGLAR! Ultra Man shall fail and furrs shall rise to be the only and strongest hero, he shall be acompanied by another young fella thy name is sonic who shall be his trainer. But once all shall be defeated, there shall be one more enemy, he is one amongst the good guys, he always wears a Cop Costume, and his name starts with a J, he has been brain washed. Thy enemy is the strongest and all the enemies will work together to defeat ecobuddies. Furrs shall triumph once again and will win!

I didnt understand the last part Who could wear a cop costume all the time and his name starts with a J????
